Back at the Art

Something I've been doing for several years is selling on Ebay. It's been a wonderful income and I'm not going to lie, when the economy crashed, so did our store. But we decided to open our shop once again and start selling more items, especially art. I'm an obsessed picture taker, lover of oil paintings and the canvas art we have is beyond gorgeous. I bought some pieces especially for our new home and I'm going to have to say that this art is by far better in FRAMES! We have a few pieces that come with the frames already and I'm telling you that it's beautiful. These are all high quality too!

Now the colors and details are obviously enhanced in person and look stunning on your walls. I'm not trying to sell the art to my readers, just wanted to share in case you'd like to browse and maybe if you did like something, I'm very negotiable. And I'm looking forward to even opening a local gallery here in our town to own our own business again, so wish us luck and we hope you like!:)

a little play time

we decided it was time for us....time to go play. and so we headed a million miles away to play mini golf. they built this brand new one last year. it's probably the funnest place on earth just because putt putt has the best features.

I personally couldn't stop taking photos and Bryan was like, "I didn't pay $60 so you could take photos!" UM yes you did, sir! LOL

best invention ever......this fan is what every outdoor location needs in SW FL......it splashes water and cools you like no other!

I like crashed zebra planes!

i think we enjoyed playing in the water over putting the balls in the holes.

but that's how we roll!!!!!!

Taking My Coffee for a Walk and an Asshole

it all started with these bad ass stairs. i love steps. and we were a little early waiting for the bus. i normally don't take M down, Bry does; so when I take her down, i bring the coffee with us.

it was already a scorching 90 this morning. and i wore my pajama pants out. i knew i should have thrown my shorts on, damn it.

i had to hurry. we walked quickly towards Mack and then wished her a good day and said i love you:

except she doesn't care and continues playing with her music;-)

and off she goes.....and so do we! i headed back to the house where the golf carts have a stop sign on both sides, us cars do not......i am behind an Oklahoma douche who thinks he will let them go and makes all the traffic behind him stop...so i beeeeeep

and he waves his hand to me out the window. i follow him to his condo...because i'm psycho

after he parks, i unroll my window and yell:

"YOU ARE THE REASON THEY ALWAYS RUN THE STOP SIGNS!!!"

and he asks who the hell am i

I'M THE BITCH THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO FUCK WITH....THAT'S WHO!

i just can't stand snow birds who come up in this place and think it's okay to let rich golfers get away with running the stop signs here....i don't approve...you have a stop sign for a reason and i don't....move along!!!

Stripes and Red

Before we went to Starbucks, we parked along the road and got out at the end of our community where the water is. It's relaxing and was just the perfect breeze for the day!

I hadn't painted my nails in such long time---red was the perfect color! I bought this striped dress and red bag at Aggro for $64. Bryan was going crazy. Are you kidding me? I never buy myself anything. A summer dress and new bag was just what i needed. I love Roxy! Some of my favorite pieces are Roxy Brand.

Hannah was a good photographer. I love these cheeks.

We dipped our hands in the water and made handprints on the concrete.

she made my day. i'm actually getting this photo on canvas to hang...too pretty.

we then headed down to play hop scotch and draw with chalk after in rained--i'm such a kid!

A Starbucks Mini Date

Since I rarely get a moment to doll myself up, I took the day off yesterday and wore my new roxy dress and splashed some bright red nail polish on these beat up nails of mine! Hannah wasn't feeling so hot, so she skipped school and we both headed out to take in the beautiful breeze, plus we enjoyed the raindrops and dipping our feet in some puddles after we told dad to sneak out of work and meet us at Starbucks for a quick play date!

what i love about my girls is that they are totally awesome...no, realllllly! hannah took this photo and said, "here mom, take a pic of both of our feet!" she's so presh! i'm always snapping pics of my feet and didn't think they liked it but come to find out, she likes feet pics too!

while hannah snacked on a birthday pop, dad and i grabbed our famous caramel macchiato/coffee frap!

I'm a firm meet me at the coffee shop kinda gal. I love the atmosphere, the smell and just sitting at the tables taking pics. And i love when people stare!

It storms here for about 2.5 seconds and then you can go play in the mini puddles~and take pics of yourselves in the car reflection:
